RETURN POLICY
All of our products are eligible for our 14 day return policy. If your ordered item is faulty or damaged you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 working days of it being delivered to you. Please Note: There will be no reimbursement for return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return
· You must have proof of purchase e.g. order number or invoice.
· The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
· It must be in the original packaging.
· To be eligible the item must be faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive the product we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (this may take up to 7 days – but usually much faster).
If you would like to return an item please contact Jasmine at info@lovemebag.co.uk. We will issue you with a label that you can either print off or write out and stick on the return package and an order information slip that will go in the bag with the returned item.
